You will receive a personalized badge when collecting your registration documents. During the Congress, this badge must be clearly visible at all times and will grant you access to the Scientific Sessions.

(*) Post-Doc must provide documentation certifying their affiliation with an institution of higher learning at the time of registration.
Registration fee covers: entry scientific sessions, opening reception on 28 September, coffee breaks, lunches on 29 and 30 September, official dinner on 1 October, book of abstracts, certificate of attendance
Please note that registrations can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the filled registration form (mailed, faxed or filled in via the website and receipt of full payment).
As soon as the Technical Secretariat has received your payment, a letter of confirmation will be mailed. Confirmations will be e-mailed if an e-mail address is provided on the registration form. The option is highly recommended as it helps avoid time consuming correspondence. Otherwise, confirmations will be faxed or post-mailed.
Cancellation policy:
Until 28 August refund of 50%, after this date, no refunds are available. Cancellations must be sent in writing to Mondial & Cititravel Congresos.
Please present your letter of confirmation at the registration desk upon arrival.
